Chewing gum does not stick to your teeth because the chewing gum only sticks to dry surfaces and because our mouth is moist, wet and is lubricated by our saliva it does not stick.

generally, teeth are covered with a bioflim of bacteria products which probaly prevent the gum from sticking.More importanly, though, teeth are covered with smiliy saliva, which would also prevent sticking.

Answer: my answer is
Your teeth are wet and slick. Then you get the gum all wet and slipperly with saliva. In this state, the two don’t stick to each other because there is too much water between them. If you let gum dry for a little bit, then push it against a dry surface

Gum does not stick to our teeth because our mouth is kept moist with saliva. Gum is a substance which will stick to dry surfaces only.
